    Really disappointed with how I was treated. Pharmacist insisted I would not be able to afford the medicine I was prescribed, clarified if I wanted it multiple times. I had asked them to check my insurance on file due to getting a new card recently, politely, and then received a snarky response from the pharmacist, even though the lady on the register was actively telling me it was different than what my card said. I believe I was financially profiled by my appearance (it’s finals week in college, I am wearing PJ pants and it’s cold outside…). This made me feel very unsure about continuing to use this pharmacy for my prescriptions. Never been treated this badly before. To top it all off, on my way out, the spectrum rep asked me how I was, I said good, and before I could even ask how he was, he decided to state that I look like I’m having a rough day. Goodness.

    This pharmacy never has my prescription ready the first time I go to pick it up. When you go to the walk-up window - even after pressing the call button - the technicians will glance at you, continue what they are doing, and then finally come around to help you. Horrible. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
