- AEA E6 days ago1.0I am writing on behalf of my mother, whom I accompanied to this clinic for an ear irrigation procedure. During the visit, I had concerns about how the procedure was performed, particularly regarding the cleanliness and handling of the equipment. There appeared to be residue in the collection bowl, which raised questions about sanitation. Also, the force and water temperature was not good and she was dizzy and later hit her head. Since that visit, my mother has experienced ongoing chrinic ear issues, including repeated infections and discomfort, requiring additional medical care. This has been very stressful for her and our family. I would recommend that the clinic review its hygiene practices and ensure that proper standards are followed so patients can feel safe and confident in their care.
