I went to the window and asked the individual there what the problem was. She insisted I hadn't handed her my paperwork (it was right in front of her) and had not signed in. I picked up the list of signatures, pulled out my driver's license and showed her that the signatures and picture all matched, therefore, I had signed. She told me that I would probably have to reschedule as it was now getting late. To say the least, I let her know that I would not ever be back under any circumstances. Dr Ditty might be a great doctor, but with helpers like this person I decided to not waste any more time trying to find out.
