  The day I called traditions I had called MULTUPLE facilities looking for one who...understood ME and could help with my needs. Particularly because my experience before traditions wasn't good. That call led to someone who everyone else knows to be a Joanne. TO me she is joanna....I like her that much. I tend to talk providing details...beyond what's necessary...Joanna didn't interrupt me she allowed me to carry on voice my concerns...and to my surprise...she HEARD me. I allowed them to my home..as it turned out joanna was the person who does the admission stuff...and...I was crying...only I was crying happy tears before she left...she not only understood my needs as a patient.she was able to out into words what i needed as an individual....she understood me. I knew in that moment I would pick traditions... Originally I had a different nurse....and that was a Rocky road...when I brought my concerns to management...they were prompt in there taking my concerns into consideration and making changes appropriately. And they didnt make me feel bad for voicing anything. Most patients I think are much older...I'm only 50...my heart the Dr said is that of a 85 year old...he also said they don't generally see anything like it as seriously bad as it is....my point is I still have a brain....that works like everyone elses....I can speak in ways im guess other patients cant....so i write this for ANYONE looking for a good and caring team....i can speak HONESTLY from first hand experience....they are GOOD....but for me its been there joanna....who has made whats left of my life great. As things would have it....joanna filled the shoes of the other nurse. And its because of the EXCELLENT work she does....being on time EACH AND EVERY TIME unless...another patient has an emergency...in which case joanna has always communicated...ensuring meds come on time and all of them accounted for...picking up when i call or text....but she also helps me when im scared...the most important thing...because dying is scary...sometimes its just her letting me share all the anxiety....she knows i know what she will tell me to do...its the patience she has letting me have at LEAST a weekly.freak out....never making me feel like i bother her or im stupid. It sends me the message...she cares. And that is what you people....like myself are looking for....death is a scary hard time. Your needs medically but moreso personally matter....and there people care....all the way to the massage girl...sam...she calls on my bad weeks already aware no massage ..just to make sure im ok. She dont get paid to do that (i assume since she is the massage lady) she also cares. So i encourage you to to try traditions...the other ones....dont come with joannas....one of the best things to happoen to me si
