- MTMatthew TellerJan 4, 20241.0After trying for three days to get an appointment at the "walk in" clinic that they don't cancel 24hrs out, I finally got an appointment for today. The only time they have available absolutely did not work for my work schedule. So I figured I'd press my luck and show up right when they opened. I walked in at 8:26am. The girl at the front desk told me to sit and wait and they'd see if they could get me in if they don't have a busy schedule. The provider walked in at exactly 8:30 and began setting up the clinic without a word to me or the receptionist. About five minutes later the receptionist asked me my name and when my appointment was, saying she couldn't find me at all and that they wouldn't have time to see me this morning. There was absolutely no one else there. By the time I finished my shopping about 15 minutes later, there was still no one else there. All I have is a sinus infection/ear block. It could have been dealt with in five minutes if they could have been bothered to open at opening time. This is the third time in as many years I've had this same experience. I can't fathom why I keep trying. Save your time and go anywhere else in town.

I saw the ARNP Dana Daggett in this clinic today and I was told to go buy some Claritin D or allergy medicine. I'm coughing so hard it's causing a migraine to develop. Very very poor care and decision making by the ARNP at this clinic on 5/25/22. I will be going above her head now.
