I have been making payments on the account even though I had insurance, and they refused to bill the insurance company or properly figure out the billing. Be careful when using this company. They will not handle your care with priority or proper billing, and they will send robo-calls to harass you about payments you are having to make because they can’t bill correctly. Again, please be careful with this company. ******** I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I have called five times today and have still not been able to speak with a real person — only automated systems. Every attempt to get help has resulted in long hold times, transfers, or being sent in circles with no resolution. As a customer simply trying to handle a basic issue, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. Communication should not be this difficult. When a company makes it nearly impossible to reach a human being, it shows a serious lack of respect for the people they serve. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. Reliable customer support matters, and my experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unresolved.
