    Poor customer service. I went in hoping they could repair my glasses. They said I would have to order a new pair. I said are you sure?(because my glasses cost about $500) She said “yes” and then scoffed and said “wow” as I was walking away. I won’t be coming back to get my new pair there.

    I took my glasses in to have them adjusted, as the nose pieces were causing pain. The people at Target Optical not only adjusted my glasses, but changed out the hard plastic nose pieces for soft silicone ones. It made a huge difference! I highly recommend Target Optical! I have always gotten friendly and knowledgeable service.
