I'd give 10 stars if I could! Everyone I came in contact with was SO kind. They have made going to the dentist as luxurious as it could possibly be. Don't even get me started on their "Comfort Menu" I've never seen anything like it. I will go out of my way to refer anyone who asks to this practice.

Today I went to this office with an emergency appointment because this was the office I had scheduled with to become a patient.
Now, I was not able to see the dentist I was scheduled with because she was out…so I saw Dr. Donavan.
The extent of damage was the front tooth bonding had broke and half of my front tooth was missing. (My teeth have been bonded to fill in gap when I was a child and has been broken and repaired a couple of dozen times over my 40 years on the bond to hide the gap that I hated)
At first everything was fine…I noticed there was no dentist smell and was extremely happy about that as I suffer greatly with anxiety going to the dentist and this was always a trigger for the nausea I would endure.
The first girl I saw was so kind and just great…then Dr Donavan came in and said she would repair the bond but explained that my appointment scheduled for consultation to get full implants would not be likely as they were conservative and I have great teeth. (keep in mind I have five teeth missing, I have now almost choked several times trying to eat chips, I have one implant, my front teeth break, and another back tooth is broken in half and the other back tooth needs another root canal and crown)
I kinda of thought to myself…how bad does one’s teeth need to be before you classify worthy of permanent replacements?
Anyway…once I got into the room…they offered me ear phones and music, gave me an iPad and then left the room…I pulled up my music (Christian) but could not for the life of me figure out how to turn it up.
Three times I called for assistance but they were all too busy in their pow wow to hear me. So I just gave up in frustration.
They came back in my room with 3 girls, a young man and Dr Donavan.
Which was a bit overwhelming…
They started me on nitrous and I knew after a few minutes I was way to cognitive and said could you please turn up the nitrous…they said they were at 70% and could give me no more…I said something is wrong then…because this is not normal…the one assisting said this was a new building and maybe something was not working…but it is what it is…so I suffered through the process while tears rolled down and perspiration ran down my back.
When she finished and handed me a mirror I about fell over…I had a “Madonna gap” and was instantly like…there is a huge gap…Dr Donavan then stated…”well you told me you had a gap” I said yes I did when you asked me about the bonding. She said with irritation “well I can fix it” so again…nitrous barely working…round two.
She again hands me the mirror and I look and there is literally a hole the size of pencil lead where my teeth come together.
I said there is a black hole in the front of my teeth…she said well that’s because the other tooth didn’t cover it…but she would fix it but I don’t need to come down on her as she is just trying to help…at which point…I said…telling you there is a black hole is stating the facts…and she clearly didn’t care for being told her work was not acceptable because she was doing me a favor by fixing my tooth? That I paid for?
The bonding she repaired still has my tooth longer now than the rest…but I was so distraught at this point I didn’t even care…I left with it long, canceled my future appointment and left.
I had such high hopes here…only to be again…upset and disappointed.
The “spa like atmosphere” seem to change with accountability for MY SMILE that I have to pay for… and when anyone that you’re paying for services acts like they’re doing you a favor to service you when they advertise emergency service the same day is not what I want to be affiliated with…and clearly in it for the money not patient care.
