I had major back surgery 2.5 weeks ago and my husband picked me up right in front of Target. My husband was making sure I was in the car and felt okay. Scott (Dr. Toon’s) husband was yelling at my husband that the cart doesn’t belong there! Telling my husband that it will blow away and hit another car. Scott was being so rude. My husband was going to drive out of the way since we were parked up front, and go return the cart. Who is Scott? The cart narc?? Looks really bad for your wife’s business!

Unfortunately her husband, who is also her receptionist, is incredibly unkind. He has poor listening skills and behaves irrationally. He exhibits clear red flag behavior both over the phone and in person. It’s unfortunate a talented optometrist will lose patients due to his unprofessional behavior.
