Then they tell me to hold on and then magically they found it on the voice mail which my doctor called in hour before then they tell me it will be another 30 to 45 minutes before they can fill it. I understand they get because but what is most upsetting is they are not nice about it and have an attitude about it. Especially when I went today the clerk at the drive through had an attitude and seemed to be bothered by my. I am not usually one that have to take meds but I got a tooth pulled this week and got an infection. I work in the medical field and I get that they are busy but treat people with gratitude you don't known what people are going through.
