  Always have trouble with this Dillions pharmacy. They are the worst always either out of my medication or never want to seem to give you your script on time. Would not recommend Dillions. Unorganized and unprofessional for those that depend on their medication when the refill date is due or even past due!!

  I have no issues with the pharmacy service or the staff and have been going here for several years. My issue is the automated system when calling in. There is no option for speaking to someone. It’s very frustrating to have the recording keep asking what you need after you’ve already said 3 or four times that you need to speak to someone.

  Today was second time I went in store to pick up a prescription only to have them pull the "gate" shut for their lunch.. The first time I approached the counter and the girl standing there said sorry, we're at lunch right now. I was like then why are you right here? She then walked over and pulled the gate shut in front of me.. Today I was passing the candy bins outside the pharmacy area approaching the counter when they pulled the gate shut.. I ended up calling my daughter to please pick up my prescription on her way home later after work... I just couldn't justify my driving home, then turn around and drive back into Wichita again.. Maybe a customer suggestion to use split shifts for lunch instead of closing.. I am seriously considering moving my patronage to a different pharmacy... Yes, I realize it won't impact them,, but convenience can be important to customers too...
