  Every. Single. Time. We go to Dillons they overcharge us on checkout, usually a dollar here and there on items, but a few items every time. It has become a sport for me and my wife to find the overcharge every time we go. They always refund us the overcharge, no questions asked. That's because they know they are doing it! We are at the 11th consecutive visit of being overcharged for one or more items. Check your receipts! They are thieves! They also don't refund the tax when they pay for the overcharge!

  Do not attempt to fill your prescriptions here if it is important for you to have your meds. Three months in a row they looked me in the eye and told me they had no prescriptions for me. Now that I escalated with Kroger, they are saying they were filled three times and not picked up so it's my fault. It's unclear why they think I could pick up my meds if they told me they didn't have them. Done fighting them for prescriptions that should be easy af to fill. Decades of filling at Dillon's but I'm over it. People shouldn't have to fight the store to get their meds.

  Came here over thirty min after my prescription get dropped off then go through the drive-through then they instruct me to pull around to the bak of line and tell me then it will be done this is my third trip to the bak of the line this Dillons is so inconsiderate to customers needs and time !!!

  Keep making mistakes on my prescriptions and I end up running out because their system is broken. This has happened 5 times in one month now with both myself and my kids' medications.
