    I've had the same disease for 30 years and every time I call in my script with IT being a controlled substance they get an attitude and treat me like a junkie. I call a day ahead as I live out of town and get lectures for trying to fill early when the first thing I say is I'm checking to make sure what day I can refill. Uncaring, unknowledgible and rude 90% of the time. If I didn't have to have a contract with them I'd go somewhere else as I've been treated like this too long.

    ** Update -- service has improved dramatically. Some issues at times but nothing major** I have to constantly keep calling them to call my doctor and get a refill on my prescription, even when I select the option in the automated phone system. I normally have to talk to a pharmacist no less than 3 times per month before they contact my physician team. I always select the option to have them call me when my script is ready and have "opted in" several times in the store with no success of calls. I am now switching my scripts to the Walmart across the street.

    The pharmacy tech's here can be extremely rude. I have one prescription I always pick up 2 days early to make sure I have it. I can't go without it or I will have a seizure. The woman that "helped" me last time forced me to come back the next day to pick that one up but let me pick up the others. It was a day early in the late afternoon. It was too late to call my doctor so I had to come back first thing in the morning. When I came back they told me to wait 30 minutes! I guess I'll just have to driver further away to avoid these people.
