- OMOlivia MontgomeryMar 1, 20251.0You should train your pharmacy techs on how insurance works. Do not attempt to get your vaccinations here, they will do anything not to do it. The tech kept telling me my medical insurance card was my “vision” insurance. For 1. I don’t carry vision insurance and 2. My card clearly says “blue cross blue shield medical plan” She wouldn’t even put my information in the system. The worst experience.

- LRLyndsey ReidNov 16, 20211.0My husband went in today to pick up his medication. Pharmacists need to watch their tone when responding to customers about what their medications are. No one should ever be mocked that their medication is an antidepressant. That is a very quick way to send a first time patient with a need for an antidepressant out the door and not treat their condition. That is a shameful way to treat anyone who is actively working on correcting something their brain chemistry is doing to them. Talk to people correctly. You may be educated in the chemical composition of medication but your treatment of human beings and discretion of client information does not need to be broadcast to the entire pharmacy.
