  The staff are always friendly and helpful with questions about prescriptions, over the counter products, vaccines, etc.

  Receive a prescription for some particular toothpaste from my dentist. I went in, dropped it off, and asked if I could wait on it to get filled. The women who helped me said 20-25 minute wait. She also made me pause to check to see if they had it in stock; they did! I do some shopping. Wait 30 minutes, go back up, and the lady told me that they only have the fruit-flavored toothpaste in. Remember, the script is for me, I'm in my 20s, I said that's not going to work for me. I asked them to order a mint-flavored paste. They told me it would be in by tomorrow morning. I call the next morning, and it still wasn't in. I work nights, so I ended up trying to get it before work. I waited for 40 minutes because they couldn't get my insurance to work. I needed to leave for work, and they pretty much gave up. Told me they would have to call about it. The pharmacy called me and said to me that my dentist has to approve this. This isn't the first time something doesn't make sense to me for insurance. Because the dentist wrote me a script, so why wouldn't the dentist approve me to have it. Either way, I understand the pharmacy is not responsible for what insurance does; however, they should have used some critical thinking skills about who the script was for (I mean, we give our date of birth when we pick up medicine). I also expect them to have knowledge of the medications they are providing and what insurance typically does—all in all. I wasted over an hour of my time Dealing with them.

  Very helpful and have never received poor service. They’re also very fast and do their best to accommodate the patients needs.

  They are cheaper than Walgreens and CVS. I've used this particular Pharmacy for decades and have never really had any issues. They don't have delivery anymore. Just don't leave a prescription in their Pharmacy for more than a week or they will put it back on the shelf. I would recommend.
