It’s the combination and that he listens. After over a decade it’s happening fast, naturally and not expensive. AND, when I’ve had to get in quick Keeley is amazing at communicating and arranging appointments fast!

His office staff is very welcoming and nice. Dr. Holt, called me back and asked me questions about my pain and stress level. He massaged the targeted muscles/ joints with a massage gun. Dry needled the muscles on my shoulders and hip. Then he adjusted my neck/back and hips. I left feeling great! Woke up the next day without pains and soreness.

Within my first treatment I could feel really very quickly. Between my third and fourth treatment my headaches were virtually gone and definitely didn't last days in a row like they had in the past. If you are chronically sore for suffer from headaches, I highly encourage you to come get treated.
