  I've been to many different chiros and physical therapist and Dr Holt is by far my favorite. The office staff is friendly and easy to schedule with. His adjustments are gentle but effective, and he does needling, scraping and cupping. The pricing is more than reasonable, even without insurance. Would recommend to anyone in pain!

  My daughter was referred to Dr. Holt, as she has a mild case of scoliosis that has been causing her paid in her ribs. Dr. Holt has been amazing with her. She was really nervous and he made her feel comfortable and at ease during each treatment. She has now been pain free for about 3 weeks with his help! Highly recommend

  Dr Casey has made me a believer in skilled chiropractic, and a fan for life!! I was always a skeptic about chiropractic until my doctor sent me to Dr Casey with a chronic debilitating rib/side/nerve spasm issue. He came highly recommended and I can see why. He is attentive, empathetic and knowledgeable and gets to the heart of what's wrong, then for me, applies his amazing dry needling skills and Shockwave therapy and whatever else is needed and works, for maximum healing effect. I was guided in adding specific stretching and strengthening exercises for the problem muscles and joints and he took the time to show me these and make sure I was doing them right. He always patiently answers my many questions. As an older person with an assortment of spinal, back, rib, hip and leg pains and stiffening aging joints working in tandem against me, I need to give Dr Casey a huge shout out for keeping me focused and encouraged when I felt most discouraged, assuring me that it can take some time for some things to resolve and to keep pressing forward with the treatment plan. He was right, it has paid off and is continuing to improve. The most severe side spasm pain is now mostly gone and I feel stronger and more limber than I have in years. BIG THANKS for all you do, and a shout out to Keeley out front too for keeping the well-oiled machine running, always with a smile!

  Dr. Holt has been a huge help with my shoulder pain. I’ve had issues in both my right and left shoulders, and I’ve seen real improvement since starting treatment. His dry needling, soft tissue work, and adjustments have made a noticeable difference—especially after today’s visit. I walked out feeling significantly better. Highly recommend!
