  Very poor service won’t answer phone get hung up on. Won’t fill prescriptions and don’t check voicemails of prescriptions.

  The last 4 times I have been there everytime I go they tell me that they don't have my prescription. Then they tell me to hold on and then magically they found it on the voice mail which my doctor called in hour before then they tell me it will be another 30 to 45 minutes before they can fill it. I understand they get because but what is most upsetting is they are not nice about it and have an attitude about it. Especially when I went today the clerk at the drive through had an attitude and seemed to be bothered by my. I am not usually one that have to take meds but I got a tooth pulled this week and got an infection. I work in the medical field and I get that they are busy but treat people with gratitude you don't known what people are going through.

  First off, I usually only wood reviews for places that have done well! I hate that I’m having to write this but I had an absolutely terrible interaction over the phone!! If you want to read that interaction then keep reading, but the short answer is I really wouldn’t suggest using them if you’re out of town. They are incredibly rude! I’m currently in a different city and the pharmacy I was working with here said that to switch my script here that Dillon’s needed to call them so they could get it switched. When someone at Dillon’s eventually answered I told them my predicament. All the person would say is that they wouldn’t call the pharmacy here because it had to be this pharmacy calling Dillon’s. I explained that the pharmacy here does it the opposite way. She flatly just kept repeating herself and so I got frustrated and asked to speak to the pharmacist, turns out she was the pharmacist and was treating me quite rudely! So I finally just said that I’d try and figure something else out and went to say okay have a good day but before I could finish, the pharmacist hung up on me!!
