Reading the other reviews makes it apparent that I'm far from an isolated incident here as well.

My doc called in a script and my husband tried to pick it up 2 days in a The same week, having them check both last names. I went twice the next week. They said no Dillons has the script, even though it was already charged to insurance (we could see on insurance app). Turns out they DID have it, they just put it back on the shelf because "no one came to pick it up"(???) The last straw was them giving my prescription to someone else. my husband tried to pick up a different one for me. Same thing happened, so I went again and they said my script had been picked up. neither one of us ever did. so who has my medicine?! My insurance won't fill it again because it is too soon. Never going back here.
