  I have never experienced this kind of bedside manner ever here until today. I recently had an appointment at this office and would like to provide feedback regarding my experience with the physician assistant. Unfortunately, the interaction felt rushed and lacked the level of professionalism and bedside manner I would expect in a healthcare setting. During the visit, I felt hurried through the process, including being prompted to move on and wash my hands before I had even finished getting dressed. This created an uncomfortable and somewhat dismissive experience. Additionally, the communication style came across as abrupt, with little effort to ensure I felt heard or at ease. In a medical environment, clear communication and a respectful, patient-centered approach are extremely important, and this experience did not reflect that standard. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be taken constructively to improve patient care and overall experience moving forward. Again I have been here before and have never experienced this kind of bedside manner from anyone else here until this evening.

  I took my daughter here last week. Receptionist and nurse were great. However, the PA listened to my daughter describe the medical issue we had come in for and quickly prescribed antibiotics without looking at it. When he started to leave without looking at the inflamed area, I asked if he needed to see it. He said he did not need to see it. I’m blown away that you can prescribe antibiotics for a supposed infection without actually looking at it. What if it’s an abscess or worse and he wouldn’t even check? I truly don’t know how that’s legal. Also, I called back right as I got home because I felt management would be concerned to hear this. Never heard back from management so hopefully it was passed on. I’m not confrontational, but I don’t think the actually took the time or minimal effort to diagnose her correctly and for that I am advocating.

  The doctor did not have eye contact at all, and she was rushing. I still have not received a call about my X-rays. Went back to the clinic and seen the same person. That doctor do not care I was in pain. I was released with no restrictions, and could barley stand up straight. Do not use this clinic they are on the side of who pays the bill!

  The hospitality I had here is very pleasant. I really appreciate the way Dr Mansur and also The front lane guy, Mr Collin’s helped us. Dr mansur madam was very cordial and professional with our family during the visit . We really recommend this place for further visit.

  We had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care on Rock Road in Wichita, KS. Everyone was extremely kind and so helpful. It started with the two people at the desk, then the nurse and then the physicians. We are very grateful for their kindness and the help we received. Thank you!
