  The whole staff is so helpful and kind. Makes you feel that you are not a number but a person that they want you to start feeling the best you can in your road to recovery. Thank~You Everyone for me to feel back to normal today. ~Eileen ~

  Got an appointment, but can’t see you for two months. Called back in because I was having major pain to try and move up my appointment, we can move it up 2 weeks but still one month away, then called one week later and said we have to reschedule so back to within one week of my original a appointment. Told her I needed to switch doctors or go to ER, because something was wrong. Told me to go to the AOA immediate care, but we cant see you till next Wednesday, 6 days later. I was frustrated and got a little upset with my Doctors nurse but she got me an appointment for the next morning at the IC Facility. IC lady was nice, said let’s do bloodwork and schedule a CT scan, I thought they could do those there but was told a different facility would get with me first of the week. No response from them either but IC nurse called and we changed to a different facility 4 days later. I have a fractured femur. IC nurse said go non weight bearing and she would get with Dr Hendricks at AOA to speed things up. NEVER heard back from them at all. Called my Primary Care Doctor and said I needed help. Within 3 days had an appointment with another facility all together and a GREAT Dr. I was put in a brace which he said should have been done from day one. And I am on schedule for surgery to repair fracture and do a revision on my knee implant so this doesn’t happen again. As far as I am concerned AOA Dropped the ball big time. No concern at all for a patient with huge problems, and no desire to even communicate with me until after I called to cancel the appointment they had scheduled for May 1st. This all started on March 20th. I hope after talking to Dr Hendricks nurse she can Make sure this doesn’t happen again. I don’t want to say that all of AOA is bad, but I will never return there for anything after this ordeal. I hope for everyone’s sake you have better care and than I received from the IC or Dr Hendrick and his staff. PS; AOA STAFF have reached out twice and we had lengthy conversations about my experience. I do truly feel as though they are apologetic about my situation, and both have assured me that things will be changing as far as the drop in communication with my Doctors, Staff and the immediate Care Facility and myself. I do appreciate their calls and desire to help this not happen to anyone else.

  Check in is quick. Dr Anderson and his entire staff are amazing. I have had two knee replacements and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  The receptionist, the MRI technician and Dr Saunders were all very pleasant and professional and made me feel like their most important patient. Dr Saunders took all the time with me I needed

  The whole staff has been awesome!!!! My husband has been seeing different Doctors at that clinic for over a year and had had three doctors doing a total of five surgeries after he got hurt in a work accident!!!!!!!!! All the staff is friendly and caring!!!!!!! We would definitely recommend this clinic for any orthopedic needs!!!! They also have an emergency clinic in the office. I had to go there while my husband was seeing one of the doctors!! I had fallen and fractured my shoulder and had a small tear on my rotator cuff!!! The emergency doctor was so caring and I saw him for follow ups.
