The Good Feet Store is located in a strip mall with easy access, opening the door to a Friendly Customer Salesperson, Mr Kent. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Mr Kent was informative, professional and quick to answer questions. The company has created an Arch Support Platform of products that grab your heart strings of comfort. When you’ve been having problems with foot pain, the product gives relief almost immediately! It sales itself! I walked out a happy customer. But wait! You are given a daily schedule, a 4-week plan, to follow! Be ready to work hard for what you paid for! It is an aggressive action of responsibility! You’re on your own! NO RETURNS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! For the first time in a long time, “No pain, No gain!” became real for me! So, suck it up buttercup! $2,390 later, I’m going to my doctor with more pain than I had before. It’s entirely up to you…but, be ready to take your arch supports (of any type) seriously!!!!

I would not recommend the good feet store. If you have insurance I would 100% recommend seeing a podiatrist. You will likely get better care and save a ton of money. My wife and I made an impulse decision that we regret greatly. We should have held off because my wife was pregnant. She has not had any relief at all from being on her feet for 12 hr shifts. As a matter of fact, she was in pain after she got her “supports”. And before we got these, she was just having slight discomfort and we thought we could correct that. We spent an outrageous amount of money in hopes of making it better. Instead it got worse. We had some unexpected expenses come up and explained our situation to the store and they had no sympathy. “All sales are final” was the response we got. We got put in an uncomfortable situation financially from my decision and I explained that. It was the fact that my wife’s discomfort turned to pain. And with her being pregnant, her or I do not want to play a trial and error game of making an insert work. She can handle the slight discomfort she started with. The good feet store says you can try for free. I guess that means the 4 or 5 times they have you walk from one end of the store to the other and say they see you walk much better with these supports…? Right now, I’m very unhappy with their lack of understanding in our situation and not considering any timely returns. My wife is very comfortable with some dr scholls I got her for a fraction of the cost. We spent just shy of $3,000 for nothing. Major mistake that I hope someone else can avoid after reading this. Will not recommend to anyone.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
