    No one who encounters hearing loss is what one might call a 'happy camper', but when the issues present themselves, that person needs assistance. I did the 'traditional route' of seeing 'professional hearing specialist-doctors' and still felt unaided. However, after receiving an invite (mail) for a hearing test with Miricle Ear, I discovered a new world of concern and assistance. Tracy Schmutzler is a true gem! She listens, takes her time and offers very professional and positive solutions to hearing-related issues. With her help, I have, over a short period of time, been allowed to return to 'the world of sound'. I cannot express how much I appreciate her assistance, concern(s) and aid as fully as is deserved! She and Miricle Ear, Topeka, are superb in my book! Two thumbs (or should that be 'ears?" to Tracy, Brenda/staff of Miricle Ear, Topeka. Thank you, guys! W>

    Brenda and Tracy are the best! They are responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious. Besides having a great product, the service is the best. I highly recommend the expertise they bring!

    I have had nothing but a 5-star time with Tracy S. of the Topeka M-E location. Currently on my 3rrd set of hearing aides, moving up due to new technology. After care services are super-good, Tracy is just the best of the best including her smile and personality.

    Went to this store because I wasn't satisfied with the store in Kansas City, Kansas. Tracy got me right in and found the problem with my hearing aid right away. She is very knowledgeable in hearing aids and determining issues. She is very friendly. The whole atmosphere is very good. I appreciate all they did for me to get my hearing back up to par. They have my business from now on.
