The team of caregivers who have been assigned to help our parents have been simply wonderful! They treat my parents with real concern, and work very hard to do everything for them, just exactly the way they would prefer it done. We worked briefly with another organization, and the difference is night and day! From our first contact with Home Instead we saw how organized and detailed they are. Meta in the office has been so lovely and has gathered so many details about my parents. This helps caregivers arrive prepared to support and connect with my parents. The entire process, including their contract and paperwork, the caregiver communication binder, their online portal, and their staff has been a great fit for our family. They are also very responsive to questions and requests. We really feel that our parents are cared for, and that we are being supported. It is such a relief to have Partners we can trust for our parents care!
