My husband is 80 yrs old and has Parkinson's disease, which makes it hard for him to care for himself while I (60 yrs old) am at work during the day. Home Instead to the rescue! They are professional and yet personable. My husband loves it when they come. They fix his meals and visit with him about his various interests and collections. In addition to caring for him, they do laundry, and clean around the house for me. They even feed the dog! They leave a note each time they come, letting me know what went on during the day, and if there were any issues. We went to another service in town for a couple of weeks. We changed because the other company was less expensive and we are paying from our own pocket. Let me tell you, it only took a week for us to tell that the extra cost was absolutely worth it! Home Instead caregivers are more mature, more professional and dependable. They are very caring and kind. We are so thankful for their services, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for in-home care.
