  They like to hassle you if you have a script that isn't basic antibiotics. Disingenuous would be my one word description.

  The staff sending text notices need training- making lots of mistakes. Wait time was supposed to be 15-20 minutes. Was an hour. The female pharmacist is rude- throws bags and has terrible personality to customers.

  I do not recommend this pharmacy. Every one here is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Especially, the pharmacist, Michael. Who is unprofessional and racist. He purposely refused to transfer my prescription and spelled my name wrong. What pharmacist does that? Especially for a patient that needs life saving medication. I will be filing a complaint to corporate headquarters.

  Pathetic service. They have way too much business and it's impossible for them to do the job, I strongly recommend you take your prescriptions elsewhere if you don't want to waste hours on the phone on hold and following up with them to verify if what they told you is true or just a lie to buy them more time to get their job done I've been using them for 25 years. I regret losing the $35 discount on gas every month, but the frustration of waiting on the phone for over an hour when you call, going in at a promised time to get scripts, waiting in line only to be told they "aren't ready as I promised, come back in an hour to check again, and again an hour later.. I'm done with them. I'm going to help out with their problem of "too much business" and I'm moving everything including all our other business we would have done with them. My last straw with them was last night and this morning.
