I would refer & return if it was just for the experience I received from her. But when I 1st walked in I was not recognized, I assumed because both ladies was helping other customers. Then 4 to 5 minutes later, another lady walked in and was recognized & greeted instantly. She happened to be a lady of non color(I have color). The lady that didn't help me stopped working, asked her how she was doing & advised she would be with her shortly & told her she could be taking a look around at the frames. Now standing directly in front of this worker & she NEVER acknowledged me. Not even after she spoke with the customer that came in after me. I then moved closer up to make sure she saw me, but she never acknowledged that I was there. So based on that experience NO, I would refer nor return to that particular store. I don't spend my money in places that don't acknowledge a person because the color of our skin. It saddened me that with all Target has been thru with racial allegations, that a store that is located inside of them would not recognize that this behavior could be looked at as being racist. To the lady who did help me, I give 2 thumbs ups & 5 stars for doing your job. You gave good customer service!!!!

They were very busy which I can understand BUT the two people working totally ignored that I was even there! It is a very small place and I was standing in the middle by both employees and not a greeting or sorry we are busy it will be a while. So I stood there for a while, still no acknowledgment that I existed. So I walked out. I will try again to just pick up my glasses, but I won’t be getting glasses here again!!
