- BCBrynn CarolineNov 13, 20251.0Definitely will not go back. Booked through class pass because I was debating getting a membership. I did what I was supposed to, read through the website, arrived early, was friendly and excited. I arrived and was barefoot on the reformer. The instructor, Kelly, told me I needed grip socks and “we don’t do barefoot.” I didn’t have them and she told me I could buy them from Club Pilates. I was not interested and decided to leave. As I was leaving I was friendly and said just so you know the booking said barefoot or grip socks. And she replied hastily “no it does not we dont do barefoot😡” I will never go back!! Please go to any other location. Also, proof below :)

- LJLois JonesMay 5, 20251.0I just went in this Pilates and told them that my doctor said I have a life-threatening health disease to where I could not do Pilates anymore or it would kill me and these people refuse to give me my money back I would not go in there and do any business with them stay far away from them they just take your money and have no sympathy if you if it could kill you they don't care
