The classes and instructors I’ve experienced have all been excellent. The classes focus on building core strength, increasing flexibility, and balance. My only gripe is that parking at the Plaza location can be challenging. I highly recommend both locations!

After years of being a nurse, it took its toll on my body. Pilates lengthens muscles, increases flexibility and strengthens your core. I no longer have back pain which speaks volumes. In the past, I’ve hated exercising. I always look forward to my workouts. The instructors are incredible and the people I’ve met in class are always so encouraging and supportive. Just try it out. You’ll never regret it.

You are not alone and each teacher makes you feel special.
