- LSLaura SniderDec 15, 20255.0I came to Miracle-Ear in Pittsburgh because I was totally unhappy with the service I was receiving at a different Miracle-Ear office. My first contact was with Kourtney by phone. She was polite, informative and helpful. My first visit to the store was for routine cleaning. However, she and Chris both recognized the gaps in the service I’d had before. They set me up with an appointment for a few days later and retested my hearing and adjusted my aids to work for me as they should. I am so very happy and grateful I made that call to them.
