- RBRay BakerJan 27, 20263.0Their automated prescription service gives you a time and date to pick up your prescriptions. They are never correct, and you always wind up waiting, even though the service gave you a time and date. They should do away with the prescription service, unless they are actually going to honor the times that are promised. It's very annoying to wait, for something that was supposed to be ready. The people are friendly, but they don't have a sence of urgency, and don't really have much concern for the customer. They are poorly trained and always understaffed. My insurance offers me, no cost for most drugs, if I use Dillons, otherwise I would go to a different pharmacy.

I call Saturday around noon and I am told it would be ready at two. I arrive around 2:30 to be told that they were finishing it up. I get back in line after 25 minutes only to be told they were out of it!! Tech from the back says we have a little, pharmacist says 15-20 minutes. 37 minutes later they finally give me 10 of the 180. For those keeping score I was there over an hour . Now I have to go back Monday for a new adventure in the nightmare that is Dillions Pharmacy!
