- GCGary CookSep 20, 20251.0They don't offer negative star ratings so a 1. Prescription was supposed to be ready Friday, I called not ready. I call Saturday around noon and I am told it would be ready at two. I arrive around 2:30 to be told that they were finishing it up. I get back in line after 25 minutes only to be told they were out of it!! Tech from the back says we have a little, pharmacist says 15-20 minutes. 37 minutes later they finally give me 10 of the 180. For those keeping score I was there over an hour . Now I have to go back Monday for a new adventure in the nightmare that is Dillions Pharmacy!

Called in a refill this morning, their automated system said it would be ready after 2pm, I waited until 5:30pm to go pick it up. Upon arriving I was told there was a problem with my insurance and that it would only take a couple of minutes to fix. After waiting about 15 minutes I went back to the counter and asked if it was ready, at which time I was told they were working on it and it would be "a couple more minutes". After waiting another 15 minutes I left, I will have my scripts sent elsewhere to be filled from now on!
