The Women’s Healthcare Group has been a leader in OB/GYN care in Overland Park and Shawnee Mission, KS since 1990. We place top priority on each patient’s comfort and health. We are committed to providing expert, compassionate, and personalized care to each individual. We offer an atmosphere where we put women’s health and well-being first and foremost. Our business is more than how well we practice medicine – it is a reflection of ourselves as caring and committed people.

We offer a full spectrum of gynecologic care for women from puberty through menopause. We also provide a complete array of obstetric services from the initial sonogram through delivery and postpartum care. We continue to expand services as new advancements in medicine become available. We understand and respect our patient’s right to choose good healthcare and have dedicated ourselves to minimally invasive techniques.

- ISibrahim safiJul 11, 20241.0Gabby and Mary the manager are very rude and unprofessional. Today, I had a very frustrating experience at the office. I received a message indicating that my appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm. However, I arrived at 4:09 pm and was immediately told that I was late. Despite showing the message as proof, I was asked to wait in the lobby. After 15 minutes, Gabby informed me that they couldn't see me. I tried to reason with her, pointing out that I had arrived only nine minutes after 4:00 pm, and even earlier than the 4:30 pm appointment time. Despite my efforts, she and the manager refused to accommodate me and were very rude about it. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessional behavior and their lack of understanding. This experience has left me with no intention of visiting this hospital again.

I have never heard of a doctor's office not doing surgery unless you pay in advance! I was scheduled to have surgery and then the next day they call and say I have to pay my out of pocket cost before they can do the surgery. I asked them to work with me and they took it down half. I only had 5 days to gather the cash before the surgery. Not a lot of time! I do not like the fact they put money before their patient's health.

Wouldn’t have anyone else give me care during such a delicate time. It's a great combination of respect for natural birth and the science of medicine. The new office is great and centrally located.
