- MVmegan vincentFeb 23, 20183.0I will say that when you actually get in for a visit, the staff is great. However, if you have to do anything involving paperwork for leave, good luck. I've been trying to get my FMLA forms filled out for a week and have just been told to fax it. I've tried faxing it 10 times to two different numbers and keep getting told that it was not received. As time ticks down for my deadline to receive it by, my husband finally had to take a half day from work just to take the forms up to get them filled out. It's been one big run around after the other with these people. It's funny how the doctors tell you to keep your stress levels down and the cause of stress is the exact same place.
