I got charged for a month of a subscription, but I had canceled several months prior to this charge. I wasn’t being charged all those months and then all of a sudden I got charged. So I made a call to planet fitness to ask about this. The lady on the phone told me that the manager would be the one to reimburse me the charge and make sure that it didn’t happen again, I was told I would receive a call from the Manager. Two weeks ago I never received a call so I called again reviewing the same information and was told the same information again. I asked if I even needed to come in to get this taken care of and the lady said well she’s here today, but she will just give you a call. I have still not received a call. This is frustrating because I know the new billing date is coming up and if I get billed. This will be a bigger issue. So if the manager is reading this, please call me if I get charged I’m going to be pissed.
