  Amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to make sure I had the best experience possible. You could tell they truly love being part of what they do, and that energy made the whole visit feel welcoming and special. They took the time to show me all the different rooms and explain all the possibilities. I tried an infrared sauna session and loved it, but I’ll definitely be back to explore more. They also have cold plunge, red light therapy, float rooms, and several other options that I’m excited to try. Such a great spot if you’re looking to relax and take care of yourself!

  Today I did the float therapy and it was amazing. If you want a way to reset and/or relax this is a great option. I came in tense and left feeling light. The team was also very welcoming and the overall location is very clean.

  Absolutely love everything they have to offer! It is a perfect place for recovery or overall health and wellness. The staff are amazing and were super helpful with learning everything. I Did cryotherapy and felt great after. Im definitely coming back again! 10/10 recommended!

  The staff, modalities and environment is amazing here. I do the sauna, red light and cryotherapy with the occasional IV on days my body is struggling. Elena was the best nurse!! Adi and Alex at the front desk were also so welcoming and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend this place!!

  The boost I didn't know I needed! The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. They provide everything you could need in each room with detailed instructions. I started off with the cryotherapy, which was a walk in the park compared to what I'd imagined. After, I was able to take advantage of the full body red light therapy😌 Dont sleep on this place y'all!
