Ken Kidd will make you feel at ease, every step of the way, explaining each detail in a way that is easy to follow. He will help you find the best hearing aid for you, show you how to use them, and offers free follow up visits to see how you are doing and do any adjustments that you need. I love my hearing aids, and am so grateful that Ken he is there to answer my questions and adjust the hearing aids remotely, if needed.

A bit frustrating that we have had trouble getting wax out of her ears but that isn't their fault. Had to get a new battery for one of here hearing aids so loaned her a temp one that seemed to work. Doctor and receptionist very friendly.
