- GSGwen SmithDec 23, 20253.0Home Instead is a very good company. They have excellent caregivers that have been a blessing to me and my husband. I'm coming back to my previous post and adding to it because it went well for a while but as time went on the schedules got mixed up on several occasions and I was left without a caregiver when I really needed the help. I was sick with pneumonia and was left without a caregiver for my husband for the last 6 hours because they didn't schedule anyone from 2pm until 8 ..and weren't helpful at all with getting anyone to help me that evening. The office staff seem to be very unorganized. For the money they charge it should be alot better service to their clients. Again I will say the caregivers are great...but they aren't paid their worth and aren't shown the appreciation they deserve.
