My second appointment with Ms Meyers and very impressed with her approach to my treatment plan. She takes the time to explain each course of actions and what is expected in my treatment objectives. I feel very comfortable in her experience and assisting my goals with a positive treatment plan..

These people are like celebrity doctors or doctors on a popular drama that everyone watched in the 2000s. Dr. Ellis did my sinus surgery. I came to him becauseI’d had a previous similar surgery at a different clinic that maybe could have gone better. Another doctor had mentioned Dr. Ellis for my son who was a 1 year old at the time for adenoids and ear tubes. The terror handing your 1 year old off for surgery is not one I would want to relive, but Dr. Ellis had such a modest but intense confidence that I was never really concerned about the outcome and every estimate he has ever given for me or my son he has the over performed compared to that estimate whether it’s time, outcome, etc.
Also, I’ve never had a doctor that is seemingly so considerate of the patient’s input. He will listen to what you have to say and presumably adjust your care path based on what you said.

Before I came here I had gone to FOUR doctors/Np’s and my ear issues still weren’t solved!
This office is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable and the front desk is incredibly friendly and helpful.
The woman working the audio booth( I apologize, I am unsure of her title) was very friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way I could understand.
The doctor I saw was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and actively listened to my problems and concerns.
I am incredibly happy I found this place and looking forward to finally resolving these ear issues!
Thank you so much

• On Dr. Challis: Offered 2 treatment options for a potentially life-altering condition, of which I knew nothing about until this visit.
• **Was not thorough at all and the appointment was rushed. Did not bother to look into medical history, prior treatment, or even ask for a description of the pain.
• These are things I had to explain so they were not overlooked. Naturally, I had questions once I learned about this condition. By that time, he was already headed out the door.
• I had to take it upon myself to research this condition and find what the next step was, which he did not bother to address and something I had to suggest in a follow-up visit.
• That visit- which was meant to check how one of the treatment options I decided to try was going (no change)-was essentially me suggesting the next step, more testing, and him agreeing.
• **His willingness to prescribe more medication, rather than doing the test that says if I have this condition and getting an official diagnosis, was an immediate red flag to get a second opinion.
• On the billing department: I called in to work with them on my bill. No flexibility at all. Payment plans using amounts that are considered "low" are not eligible for autopay, apparently.
• I was told there is a chance my bill could go through a "pre-collection process", even if I was making monthly payments.
• The agent cites company policy and says to just check the website but could not say where. Of course, nothing on the website states that for "low" payments amounts, there is a chance the bill could be sent to collections or that "low" payment amounts are ineligible for autopay.
