UPDATE: Dr. Ellis is an excellent doctor. He listened, and put a plan together, exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, implementation of the plan is taking way longer than I anticipated. I started this September 9th, 2025 interested in Inspire. I now regret it. Dr. Ellis would get 10 stars if I could. I am disappointed at the administration of their services. It’s probably among the worst I have ever experienced. The portal did not work at first, when calling the office I have at times ended up with an answering service, and then there is Blackstone Medical Services. I don’t have these issues at my other Medical Providers. I have little tolerance for Blackstone, their sleep study provider. Due to my work schedule I was unable to do the sleep study the day I received the kit. I had zero control over when I received my kit. I communicated this to Blackstone. I called Blackstone and was told I would NOT be charged a late fee. After not getting test results for 5 weeks. One of the HSNKC office staff said she requested the results and had not received any, she suggested I call Blackstone. The Blackstone menu does not provide an option for discussing test results. So I selected #4 randomly. Blackstone charged me a late fee of $45.00 and never billed me or informed me. They just sat on my test results for 5 weeks. I paid the $45, was told my results would be sent immediately, but if the doctor didn’t get them I should call back. Seriously? I was promised an emailed receipt for my payment, have not received it. I don’t understand why they do business with Blackstone, who has many complaints online. Some are worrisome, like BBB complaints claim double billing. Still don’t have an appointment to discuss inspires

If you are scared/nervous/been there done that read this! I had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago at Surgi center by Dr. Walton. I have and continue to hear horror stories of Septoplasties that have started and ended wrong but my story fortunately has ended with a very good ending. I can finally breath! No more sniffling and snoring!. Of course, I am still healing, never in my wildest dreams would i have thought I would breath and smell like this. Thank you! Special thanks to Dr. Walton, all the nurses/Anesthetists/assistants/scheduling for working and taking care of me from start to finish.

My first visit to Head & Neck Surgery. I went to the college Boulevard office and was pleased with the front desk staff. I met with the PA Caroline McFeeters and right away felt like I was very fortunate to be seen by her. She listened well, was very knowledgeable, explained things in an easy to understand way. Plus, she was warm, personable, and actually fun to relate to. I left feeling very positive about feeling better.

I had a follow up visit with Caroline McFeeters at Head & Neck Surgery in Overland Park. This was a continuation of therapy for ear wax removal started by Kimberly Meyer and previously reviewed. During my 10 day course of Debrox ear drops my ear canals became plugged up, and I was able to get scheduled for an appointment with Caroline a few days earlier than the follow up with Kimberly. After getting updated on what was going on Caroline did an awesome job clearing the blockage, and removing all the accumulated wax in both ears. Both Kimberly and Caroline were very patient focused and outstanding in treatment success!
