You can't select just routine eye exam. They will select the service for you. If you don't agree with what they offer you they will cancel your appointment. They want to know your information before the appointment via text. You should be able to talk with someone that won't happen. They will text you and ask your information close to your appointment. If I knew they was going to do this. I could have scheduled it with someone professional then them. I am glad I did not have appointment with them. And if you don't give the information by text when they ask you. You will get cancelled. Don't want to give you the option of routine eye exam want to give you what they want so they can get copay and add more fees to the appointment. Want to try to get all your information before you come in so they can add fees on. I wouldn't agree on another service they wanted to give me. I told them just wanted standard routine eye exam. So, they said they was going to cancel my appointment. I am glad I did not have appointment with them. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them zero.
