Most efficient and effective office I’ve visited. Dr. Lee fixed me up with a great prescription and assisted me with readers.

I scheduled a routine eye exam but was charged for extra services I never asked for. Retinal imaging was performed without my consent and added to my “copay” I paid a total of $79 and I HAVE EYE INSURANCE $0 COPAY for routine eye exams. After looking at other reviews, it seems this happens to a lot of patients, which is very concerning. It feels deceptive to add on services without clearly explaining the cost beforehand. On top of that, the appointment felt rushed and impersonal, like getting patients in and out was more important than actual care. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and time to understand their own eye health. I won’t be returning and would warn others to ask detailed questions before agreeing to anything here.
