I love being able to come in to class knowing I’ll get a fun and different class every time. I’ve also never met an instructor that hasn’t shown every person in the room kindness, everyone’s so helpful and they want to help you grow

I showed up 6min late to class because of traffic and the front desk girl said I could not join the class. I understand they have a 5min rule posted but as a new member this was never stated to me. Being a min late from the cut off when I haven’t been late before you would think there would be some grace, especially with the price we pay to be an unlimited member. This on top of their app never working is really turning me off from this entire experience. I would highly suggest weighing all your options before being locked into an expensive 3 month commitment.
