  This is my stepmom and I’s favorite studio!! The equipment and building is always so clean and tidy and every instructor has their own unique classes. I love being able to come in to class knowing I’ll get a fun and different class every time. I’ve also never met an instructor that hasn’t shown every person in the room kindness, everyone’s so helpful and they want to help you grow

  I have had a great experience at Lenexa but I switched it up and scheduled a class for south OP. I showed up 6min late to class because of traffic and the front desk girl said I could not join the class. I understand they have a 5min rule posted but as a new member this was never stated to me. Being a min late from the cut off when I haven’t been late before you would think there would be some grace, especially with the price we pay to be an unlimited member. This on top of their app never working is really turning me off from this entire experience. I would highly suggest weighing all your options before being locked into an expensive 3 month commitment.

  I normally don’t leave reviews — even when service is disappointing — because I believe in giving second chances. But after my recent experience with Club Pilates Overland Park, I feel compelled to warn others before they sign up. I was a loyal member for over two years. I even placed my account on hold a few times and returned because the location was convenient. While the classes were okay, the frequent turnover of instructors and lack of consistency made it hard to stay motivated. Several friends I referred ended up quitting for those same reasons: constant trainer changes, little encouragement, and repetitive classes. I stayed longer than I should have out of convenience. Eventually, I realized I needed something more challenging and inspiring, so I decided to cancel my membership. I called and was sent a link to submit my cancellation — which I completed. Fast forward two months, and I received a call saying I still owed a month of membership fees. They claimed my cancellation wasn’t accepted, and I now also owed another month on top of that — despite not having attended in two months and having submitted the cancellation as instructed. There was no communication from them for two months until they suddenly decided to charge me for a service I wasn’t using and thought I had already canceled. It feels like they ignored my cancellation on purpose and just kept the membership running to charge me extra. This is unacceptable and feels like a scammy practice. Be very careful before signing any agreement with Club Pilates OP. Check the fine print and don’t expect any proactive or fair communication from their side.
