My experience at Alloy has been amazing. I hadn’t worked out in over 2 years, and way trying to get strong after having 2 babies. The atmosphere is so welcoming and unpretentious, which I love. Just a group of middle aged folks trying to get healthy and stronger!

Truly Transformational!!
Working with the trainers at Alloy over the past year has completely changed my life. I’ve lost 48 pounds of fat, gained 8 pounds of lean muscle, and feel stronger and more capable than ever. My mobility and balance have improved significantly, and I have more energy throughout the day—not just during workouts, but in everyday life.
One of my concerns when starting was the knee pain I sometimes felt going up and down stairs. I worried that training might make it worse, but with the Alloy trainers expert guidance and focus on proper form and mobility work, the pain has completely disappeared.
All of the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. Every session can be tailored to your goals and abilities, and they always know how to push you just enough to keep progressing without risking injury.
