Alloy provides challenging workouts. I have trained with trainers for 30 years, and except for one trainer, these are the best workouts I have had. They often exercise multiple muscle groups which also strengthens your core and requires balance. Much more realistic when compared to daily life. I am very pleased so far with Alloy Personal Training.

Alloy is exactly what I've been looking for. A cross-training experience, with small enough classes to be tailored to your personal needs and ability. Oh, and the staff is fabulous. So fun, So friendly, they are the best!!

Awesome gym! The workouts are challenging and really help you get stronger. The trainers (and the owner!) are incredible — super knowledgeable and motivating. Great energy from everyone, and workout partners who push you to do your best. Love this place!

I really appreciate the tailored services that take into account my needs to rehab and get stronger. I like that sessions are set up for specific needs and levels of the participants, which is why I chose Alloy. I do wish there was more flexibility to select a session time that fits better with my personal schedule. I would appreciate the flexibility to see on the app if there is is an open space at other times that would still be a fit for my workout goals. I commute 25 min. each way and that factors into my preferences.
