  I went there to get my sons glasses made as he broke it in school and paid 130$ for 2 pairs previously and wanted to chk if there is another coupon or something deal the guy working there tye ( afracian American) was so rude , he literally threw his mouse when I asked him to chk with another lady who works there as to why is there such a huge difference as 1 pair was costing 179$ with discounts and I told him that he didn’t have to be so rude abt it he said cos u don’t trust me why should I trust him with tht kind of attitude , thts not how u treat ur customers. Not going back to him for sure get ur attitude straight sir .

  Nanette was very helpful from the time called up until my glasses (2) were ready to be picked up THE SAME DAY!! I want to say thank you so much to her and the lady in the back that worked on my glasses in the back. I will be back!

  They went above and beyond to get my safety glasses done on the same day. Definitely professional and polite to where I have zero complaints.

  I recently went in to check prices and get a quote on a pair of glasses and presented my insurance, which they said they took. I was told that my insurance gave me a "lump sum" of $150.00 off a pair of glasses, but when I questioned this and said that in the past they gave me $150 off frames and additional $ benefits toward the actual lenses, I was told no--just the $150. To make a long story short, I went over to Target to get a price quote on a pair of glasses and when they ran my insurance through EyeMed, they were in agreement with me: the $150 applied only toward the frames and that I also had additional benefits that went toward the actual lenses. The end result is that though I chose a frame at Target that was $200 more than the Eye Mart frame, the total cost of the glasses--with the SAME lens options-- was $117.00 less than the Eye Mart quote. So one of two things happened here: either the Eye Mart rep wasn't very knowledgeable or the oversight was intentional. I would suggest folks get some quotes before doing any one-stop shopping at Eye Mart. The 2 stars is given for the benefit of doubt.
