  I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at American Hearing and Audiology. Chelsea was absolutely incredible. She took the time to carefully evaluate my mom’s hearing situation and made sure she truly understood each step of the cleaning and maintenance process. What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was. Chelsea didn’t just explain things, she stayed with my mom, watching and guiding her as she practiced, making sure she felt confident and comfortable. That level of care and personal attention meant so much to both of us. We are so grateful for Chelsea’s kindness, expertise, and genuine compassion. Highly recommend!

  Every visit has been great! Reception, doctor, waiting area. Super friendly and helpful people. Excellent advice and they listen carefully. Had my hearing retested here and was much more extensive and precise than the ENT office. I leave feeling great about my hearing carr every time and satisfied that my concerns were addressed thoroughly.
