  I have always received above and beyond exceptional care from the Dillon’s Pharmacy and technical staff. They have given me care, compassion, insight, and information. They have contacted me quickly if there’s ever an issue. Even on their tired days when you can tell some of their customers have been a bit rough ….. they are kind to me and always have a smile.(I have dealt with many other pharmacies in my lifetime some here in Manhattan and Junction City and have never received this level of care!!!) I hope they know they are amazing at what they do and full of compassion and that is what the world needs. I have been a customer of the West Loop Dillon’s Pharmacy for more years than I can count. I have also worked in Retail most of my life and can only imagine the negativity they get when people are in high stress situations and yet they manage to assist to the best of their abilities with grace and kindness. Thank you

  My family has 3 monthly prescriptions, 3 very common meds. Without fail every month there are discrepancies. I came by and confirmed a provider call in on Sunday, sent SO to pick up refill today when told to return... needless to say it was again not ready. On a regular month usually 1/3 RXs are delayed making multiple trips necessary.

  I’ve been coming to Dillon’s Westloop for years and have had decent service. But lately, it’s been excellent. Shoutout to Katie who is always so nice and patient. She’s checked me out at least 6 times and has had a positive attitude every single time.

  I have family members with severe mental disabilities that need constant medication monitoring. These medications are subject to change at a moments notice due to the dangers these mental disabilities present. This pharmacy flatly refused to fill a medication needed by a patient with a history of suicide. Never again will we fill prescriptions from this establishment as it has no qualms against endangering people due to their negligence.
