They have given me care, compassion, insight, and information. They have contacted me quickly if there’s ever an issue. Even on their tired days when you can tell some of their customers have been a bit rough ….. they are kind to me and always have a smile.(I have dealt with many other pharmacies in my lifetime some here in Manhattan and Junction City and have never received this level of care!!!) I hope they know they are amazing at what they do and full of compassion and that is what the world needs. I have been a customer of the West Loop Dillon’s Pharmacy for more years than I can count. I have also worked in Retail most of my life and can only imagine the negativity they get when people are in high stress situations and yet they manage to assist to the best of their abilities with grace and kindness.
