  I am an avid cyclist that rode more than 5000 miles in 2020. Around late October I started to experience a grating pain in my right knee. It bothered me on stairs, walking around, and on rides (all of which I was keeping relatively short, 15-30 miles). My initial thought was to just take some time off, and drastically dropped my mileage for 2 months. Things didn't improve, so I went to a sports medicine doctor who prescribed physical therapy since there wasn't anything visible on Xray. PT basically had me doing the same activities that I was already doing at the gym with a trainer, and again I didn't noticeable improve. A friend recommended Dr. Keating. Dr Keating performed primarily Active Release Therapy and dry needling (1 visit), totaling 6 visits. Combined with some activities at home and continuing to work with trainer, and increasing my biking load back to typical pre-injury levels, I was knee pain free for a bike ride distance of 100 miles and also set new power output records (10% better than before the injury!) a mere two days later. Highly recommend Dr Mitch Keating!!!

  I’ve tried a couple chiropractors in town and Dr. Hatesohl is definitely the best! He helped tremendously with shoulder pain I’ve had for years!

  Highly recommend Dr. Thad and his team at Chiropractic family health center for any chiropractic needs. The service is above excellent. My husband and I both have seen Dr. Thad numerous times for neck and back issues. We are always able to be seen quickly and Dr. Thad goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and he is doing all that he can. It is very helpful that he has the pain clinic near by that he also works with and can refer patients to. We will both continue to see this clinic for all of our chiropractic needs, highly recommend!!!

  This is by far the best Chiropractor experience I have had. I see Dr. Schneider monthly to maintain flexibility in my neck and shoulders and for hip alignment. They have never been pushy about scheduling allowing me to determine how often I should come in. I appreciate how Dr. Schneider and Dr. Hiesterman work together providing timely and excellent care.

  Dr. Thad Schneider is awesome! I always walk out of there feeling like I can take on anything after the adjustments. Missy is always so welcoming and Dr. Schneider always gives me great advice.
