  i have deep respect for Dillions opening at 12noon to allow church goers to keep their day sabbath, but what I can not appreciate is the techs putting the pharmacist in a place that he or she shouldn't be. The pharmacist opened right on time but the techs were not there; seeing there was a line already the pharmacist did right to take over the register.Because the techs were late it caused the flow to be extrememly out of wack! So when the line started getting even bigger no tech came to check out to take over. She checked one person out then left to the back again. Crappy crappy service. The tech needed to stay because having two techs processing and filling makes absoultely no sense. Theres no pharamcist checking because pharmacist is doing check ou! Pharmacist did not become a Dr to be at check out cause techs were not on time for their shifts! it doesnt matter if you are 1 minute late, 1 minute can cause a line!!!! Theres no reason there should be a pharmacist on the check out when no one else can do PHARMACIST CHECK! I was the 2nd person in line when they opened, 10 minutes after checking in for my precription i asked if it was ready, which would not be possible since the pharmacist could not do pharmacist check on register! No one had even started it even though they knew not only was I withdrawing from blood pressure meds but it seriously does not take that long if your work flow is in check!!!! The same tech that checked that 1 person out then went to the back again, finally filled the presccription!! Being that it clearly states on the label that it was a NEW PRESCRIPTION, and Im a medicare receipient, it is REQUIRED that they offer counselling with the pharamcist. She didnt even ask if I had any questions! This should be automatic!! OBRA '90 mandate specifically requires offering counseling to Medicaid patients, the Medicare Part D program requires plans to offer Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to certain beneficiaries, which include a pharmacist-led review of their medications to ensure safe and effective use. This is your tax dollars people! It costs citizens more if meds arent being utilized safely and effetcifly!

  Used to hate going there when Jo worked there. She retired and my experiences there have been something to look forward to sense Carlee started working there. She is a sweetheart.
