    Great excercise program for all ages. Friendly qualified instructors who guide you through small movements to improve your flexibility and core muscles safely in a class environment. Starting my third year with just over 600 plus classes and I can honestly say overall it's one of the best most positive experiences of my life.

    Pure BarRe is one of the most effective workouts I’ve ever done coming from a 30 year long runner. Pure BarRe is also accepting the all shapes and sizes and all ages. The instructors are exceptional and everybody who attend supports one another. It’s a great place for fellowship too.
