  I've been coming to the Lenexa location for Club Pilates for more than a years and I love it. The studio is always clean and has good natural light, without making you feel like you're on "display" for passers by. The instructors are fun, knowledgeable and in tune with their students. They've helped me modify as needed through a number of minor injuries. I appreciate that they are always willing to be advocates for listening to your body and pushing yourself, while still being comfortable and confident in your abilities. Highly recommend the Lenexa Club Pilates for anyone looking to improve their strength and flexibility.

  Horrible experience with front office staff. I called in because I am new and not familiar with cancellation policy. I advised I was having health issues today and if I can cancel. I was told I could rebook online. When I went to rebook I could not. I called back, was told I lose out on credit when cancelling 3 hours before class start. I was hung up on because I was frustrated and not given all information and would not have cancelled if I was told that. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Once my credits are done ($25 each)! , I will never return to this club.

  Coming for a year now! Great staff, great instructors! One 30 min intro class and you’ll be hooked!
