Later when a pair of lenses were scratched during the first 6 months, online customer service promptly replaced the pair. They have an incredible process, highly competitive prices and reasonable selection of eyeglasses. Worth looking into even if you lean high-end. The process is efficient.

The selection at other places was large but I could not find any cool frames that were not over the top cool or too conservative. Warby Parker has a lot of cool frames and the prices at other store were incredibly expensive. I felt like I was working at those stores wirh a car salesman. Telling me the hugely expensive frames looked the best. I didn’t agree. At Warby Parker the salesperson was honest, kind and knowledgeable. I’ve helped me for 30 minutes and I was positive it was the right choice. I have a very small face and found a very narrow pair that for the first time fit my face perfectly. The price was 1/10 of what the fashionable eyewear store. I told my salesperson “ this was the easiest non painful experience wirh glasses ever!!! I am 76 years old.
