My Doctors office has been less than easy to deal with on getting my medication filled this month and I’m frustrated with my insurance company as well. I got a message from my nurse saying she called the pharmacy. With that being said, I called the pharmacy to see how long it would take because I have to walk there to get it, and the head pharmacist got on the phone and snapped at me telling me “Amy I told you earlier I’m waiting on the Dr’s office to call..’ very rude. I snapped back that I had to verify with the pharmacy that my drs office didn’t call before I make a complaint about the nurse. And yea I got rude back and hung up. Maybe I shouldn’t have e did that, but I haven’t had a professional be that rude to me since I was kid and didn’t know any better. Again I suffer from mental health issues and feel like she has no patience for ill people. Maybe she’s in the wrong field.

I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy. Update: Stayed in line thinking they might just come back 10 minutes early…Wrong… 1:30 exactly.
