  I was picking up a prescription for my boyfriend and had been there for quite some time. When they opened the young short guy with red-brown hair and a grey zip-up KU logoed jacket came up, very obviously annoyed. I asked for just one medication to be filled and waited 30 minutes. I also asked the tech/intern if I could pay for my boyfriends’ OTC drugs with his card on file, he said yes. They instead filled all of my boyfriends medications and I overheard frustrated conversation when I asked for just the one medication, for the second time. I was then told I could not get OTC meds with my boyfriends card on file. Frustrated, I left the cart in the pharmacy because I had been there for over an hour trying to do everything right and I still felt like I was not listened to at all, looked over completely and somehow it was my fault that they didn’t do their job and listen to what I needed. I was asked to put the OTC drugs back and I said no, I don’t work here, and I’ve been here since 9 am waiting. This is the worst and most entitled staff I have ever encountered. You guys have no idea what other people are dealing with in their daily lives. I also work in a pharmacy, if you don’t like your job, I’m sorry you chose the wrong profession, but don’t take it out on other people because you don’t like your job.

  My favorite store in town. My family has been shopping here for 10 years- at Kroger stores for my whole life. Very nice staff, produce is always beautiful, and the store itself has a nice feel and flow. Pricing is good. Not as cheap as Walmart (Walmart lacks the fresh produce and atmosphere) but cheaper than Hy-Vee, Checkers, and Target. I like that it has a Starbucks, a great pharmacy, bread from the local bakery “Wheatfields”, a solid floral department, and the staff always seems very competent, quick, and well managed.

  I give this Dillon's Pharmacy A+ rating. They have been very polite and helpful, have prescriptions ready, and work out best costs with me....often using their Kroger RX over my Medicare D. Have used them for over 2 years. A worker has always stepped out into aisles with me to help find OTC meds, special hair products, special body creams.

  Worst service ever!!!! Came after a Drs apt to pick up my 2 months old prescription waited 30 mins drove up to window to pick up and was told they never received his prescription. Went home called Dr rheybsaid they had sent it they called the pharmacy the pharmacy said they had it and would be ready by 5. Came at 730 played the same game of not receiving it. I insisted they had it and now I've been told to wait 20 mins. I now have a screaming baby while I wait yet again.
