- BSbrett stinnettFeb 3, 20261.0We have been getting our prescriptions here for years. In the last 6 months they have screwed up our prescriptions 2 times costing us more than $500. Its always the same story the law doesn't allow us to take prescriptions back. At this point I believe they us it to not take responsibility for their mistakes. Then comes the empty "We're so sorry" BS. I am not going to give them another chance I say "NEVER AGAIN" time to change pharmacy.
- DMDominic MunozDec 15, 20221.0Usually very professional and helpful, but recently they have people who have no idea what is going on or what they need to be doing and “couldn’t tell me” why it was that one employee relays wrong information to me in regards to medication and having this one bald man talk to me like I’m a drug seeker when I ask about a NON NARCOTIC medication that “he has decided to control” (gabapentin) they are clearly lacking communication and cohesion and I hope they figure it out, it used to be a great pharmacy!
