- KSKimberly StilesApr 28, 20231.0I have had numerous issues with this pharmacy. Their pharmacy tech, Ryan, is especially rude and incompetent. I have to demand he ask for help, even after months of him working there. They entered my insurance wrong in a way that it was trying to bill me to a completely different insurance company, charging me co-pays that I absolutely should not be paying. When I mention to them that the document attached to my prescription seems to indicate that my insurance was entered wrong and should be changed, they told me I needed to contact my insurance company about it. There is no reason I need to call my insurance company before they double check their records against my insurance card.
